When my vehicle broke down, I was fortunately close to and able to pull into the parking lot of a large chain store with an auto department; however, they did not work on cooling systems, but recommended Jeffrey Auto Repair. When I called them, I spoke with Timm, who was most accommodating and wisely advised me not to drive the relatively short distance to their shop. Since I have AAA, I called and was towed within an hour. By the time I got to the shop, it was near closing time, but Timm got it right in to start the diagnostics, took all my information and provided me with a nice courtesy car to drive home 28 miles away. First thing the next morning I was emailed with detailed information on the issues, including photos of the problem area. With my approval they went right to work, did the repairs, Timm phoned me when it was ready and I was out the door that afternoon. Their friendliness, courtesy and professionalism was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area needing quality repair service with integrity.
