The best shop for car repair. They do every kind of repair imaginable, from changing light bulbs to installing tires to serious engine issues, they can do it all. Staff is professional, respectful, helpful, skillful, thorough, and friendly. They remember your name and tell you the truth without any hype. Honesty and integrity are words they live by. Waiting area is very clean and well kept. I enthusiastically recommend!

Jeffrey's has always been great and the last visit was no exception. In fact, they went above and beyond and after the servicing of my vehicle, detailed the interior, making it look like new. Very pleased that they were recommended to me when I first moved to Mason City.

Wanted to give a big thank you to the gang at Jeffrey Auto for getting us in on short notice and back on the road after some brake trouble with our travel trailer. Timm, Warren and Harper (Chris) determined the problem and got the parts ordered. After a few adjustments, everything is now working fine and we feel more comfortable in our future travels. Jeffrey Auto Repair recently also became a Cub Cadet dealer. Had our unit picked up for a repair. They took care of the repairs in a short period of time and stood behind their work. So happy we also purchased an additional riding Cub Cadet mower from them. Going forward they will have the opportunity for more of our service work. Great group to have on your team.
