Knowledgeable and dedicated staff that help you work through decisions regarding your vehicle’s service needs. No pressure ever to perform work! You get coupons in the mail, they have a loaner vehicle, and they rent moving vans!

Work was fixed well. Car is very quiet now. I was given all options and prices as well as advice. I was also advised of another safety issue when the work was being done.

Brian and his staff have worked on my Jeep a few times, and get the job done in a timely manner. It is always nice to get a lift Home by an employee there when I drop off, and at one time I used their courtesy vehicle for 3 days, free of charge. I can't explain how amazing my first experience was with this group of mechanics. First, they took me in as a new customer the day that I called. Brian offered me a loaner vehicle without me even asking or mentioning anything about needing one. Made me feel 100% confident in their ability to keep me safe and prioritized only the most important work that was absolutely necessary, while keeping me in my budget. I received nothing but great customer service and every face I came in contact with was smiling. Walking into a car repair business has always been so uncomfortable for me until now. I will never go anywhere else! With all of that being said, the most important key factor in knowing I was at the right place was the fact that they participate in a program for the month of October called Brakes for Breasts. I received my brakes for free because of this program and 10% of the service repair fee went to this amazing program to help fight breast cancer!!! They did this without bragging or mentioning it to me until my bill was being paid! How selfless. Amazing people at this shop! Thank you so much to everyone. I am so impressed!
