Contacted Roger to arrange for pre-purchase inspection of vehicle. The inspection was critical due to the fact that I live several hours away. The folks at Jeffery's conducted a very thorough inspection, sent detailed explanation of each component examined, sent accompanying photos of each component. Discussed the inspection without being biased, presented me with the details and insights so that I could make a VERY informed (and ultimately wise) decision. Professional. Would be my shop if I lived near by.

Our van was shaking in a dire sort of way so we halted our cross-country trip to figure out what was going on. Jeffrey Auto was the 3rd place we called - the first 2 couldn't get us in any time soon - but they were able to get us in that morning, perform diagnostics & have it fixed by closing time! They even sent road trip bags of goodies for our 3 little girls which was over the top thoughtful!! We are so thankful for the amazing customer service & incredibly speedy van repair.

Jeffrey Repair routinely provides exceptional service in that: (1) All staff are polite, friendly and communicative. 2) Client is given a detailed account concerning the current state of the car, including photos of all problem areas. (3) This includes what was found upon inspection and what needs to be done to fix the vehicle. (4) If not present, the client is given details by phone and/or email. (5) The client is encouraged to ask as many questions as necessary in order to feel confident in understanding the entire process. (6) Staff are also happy to listen to any problems the client may be experiencing, including difficulty understanding details, transactions, parts needed and what they cost, as well as issues involving delivery and pickup of the vehicle. I have had a lot of problems with my car, but never a problem with Jeffrey Repair.
