They were helpful. They not only fixed what needed to be fixed but pointed out things that would need attention in the future. They also were able to provide a loaner car. They complete the work done in the time frame they had initially stated.

Brian (Jeffrey) and his staff are terrific!! He & his staff's customer service is exemplary!! The mechanics know what they are doing and tell you if anything is wrong with your car, and if it needs to be done right away, or if it maybe can wait. They don't push hard at you to get other things done, that you don't need - like you may get at another mechanic... I refer anyone that asks me, to go to Brian!!

We've been going to Brian (Jeffrey Repair Service) since we moved into the area in 2012. We found him on accident, but have come to realize that we are extremely lucky in that!! Since then, we have had 5 different cars and he (and his staff) have been amazing on the work with each one of them!! Brian, Tom, Jessica, Bryan, Steve and the rest of the staff are terrific! The customer service is exemplary!! I recommend them all of the time!!
