I would highly recommend you guys. You were courteous throughout the six weeks you had the vehicle. You made a ton of repairs including the transmission and radiator. But that is not all. I felt as though I had an honest advocate working for me that thought as much of my vehicle as I did. I continued to get options on things that SHOULD be done to keep it running good and things that WILL need fixing in the future. You did not suggest I do everything and that shows your honesty. I feel very confident in the repairs. You even tried a less expensive solution to fix the transmission. Thank you. In the end, I needed the transmission, though, and you had options for me. But all along the way you explained what was wrong and gave me options when there were some. You even went above and beyond and cleaned up the Suburban before I picked it up. I can honestly say no one else has repaired my cars since moving to Mason City 9 years ago. In fact you fixe! d my F-150 when the Ford dealer was unable to do so for 2 years! I have no need to find anyone else to work on my cars. Feel free to share this with any customer. You can even use me for a reference.

The staff at Jeffrey Auto Repair were very helpful. They explained the repairs my car needed and got my car up and running. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lots of fluff, no substance. Got a great video of every aspect of my car, but that's not what I took it in for. If you know nothing about your car, this is the place for you because you won't realize how much stuff you paid to get done that wasn't necessary. New service manager comes from many years at the dealership, which explains a lot. Very disappointing...still looking for a reputable mechanic in the area.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Pricing is very fair and the staff is upfront with their pricing. Their shuttle to and from work in the Mason City area is very helpful, and Jeffrey Auto is flexible with service times to accommodate busy schedules. I'm new to the area and have taken my vehicle here for service for the past 6 months with nothing negative to report. Highly recommend these honest and down-to-earth people!

I called at the last minute and made changes to the work I wanted completed on the vehicle. Brian and his mechanics were very accommodating and completed the work before the time the vehicle was promised. We've been going to Brian (Jeffrey Repair Service) since we moved into the area in 2012. We found him on accident, but have come to realize that we are extremely lucky in that!! Since then, we have had 5 different cars and he (and his staff) have been amazing on the work with each one of them!!
