They keep in contact with you, letting you know where they are at in the repairs. You get an itemization of repairs plus pictures of all that they are looking. Never any pressure to getting it repaired - just a fee to access it and up to you to get it done. It was great knowing what was wrong and what it would take to repair as opposed to "couldn't find anything" and this is what you owe for looking - as what happened at dealership that I first took it to 3X's!
