I had the intoxalock installed at Jeffrey Auto. At the time I also got an assessment of my vehicle. All this took less than a couple hrs. They were very helpful & nonjudgmental as to my situation & I will definitely consider Jeffrey Auto for any repairs I may need in the future.

Went here for the first time ever last month to have my fleet vehicle checked out for work. They did an amazing job. I have never been to a mechanic service that was so overly helpful, transparent in their work and accomadating. This is an elevated experience as a consumer. I will be taking my personal vehicles here going forward due to the great experience I had with my company vehicle.

My cousin Susan and I were driving from Texas to Minnesota and stopped at BP in Iowa to get fuel. We had no idea that their green hoses didn’t mean diesel and ended up with gasoline. I called Jeffrey’s Auto and talked to Calvin and after a few calls and a mishap with AAA we got the RV to them, spent a freezing night in their yard with the dogs. Calvin and the entire group were so professional and so caring to our plight and we felt like we had a staff of Angels that made this easier for us. Thank you Calvin for suggesting a Penske truck to get home in and for fixing the RV quickly. If you ever need car repairs i highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity. When we picked up the RV we found Rib Crib, who knew barbecue in Iowa would be better than Texas. 😂

Traveling from Texas to Minnesota in my RV, my cousin and I had a HUGE mishap! At the BP station on I-35 and Dows exit I mistook their green handled pumps for diesel and filled up with gasoline! Broke down across the bridge on the way to head north. While AAA was trying to get us back to Des Moines, we wanted to go north and found a gem of a repair shop in Mason City - Jeffrey Auto Repair Service! Calvin was a godsend, trying to help us find a hotel (neither Lyft nor Uber would take our two dogs though) so we spent the night in the repair lot. There were no car rentals large enough to get us back to MN and Calvin suggested a Penske truck - which worked out just fine! The RV was repaired and actually seems to run better than before, the repair price was more than fair, considering all the systems I could have messed up, these are good, honest people folks, and when we went to pick up the RV -- there was a GOODY BAG in it! If I lived closer Jeffrey Auto Repair would be my go-to shop! For folks passing through like us, or locals (lucky you) I suggest Jeffrey Auto Repair any day of the year!!! They are a DIAMOND!!! Calvin was totally amazing!
