I was coming back from a trip when my car broke down. They were able to get me in quick and diagnose the problem within 3 hours of taking my car in. They are the kindest people and probably the best customer service I have ever received from a business. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did!!! If your car ever breaks down in the Clear Lake/Mason City area, this is the perfect place to go!

I was driving back from Kansas City to Minneapolis when my check engine light started blinking. I stopped in to Jeffrey Auto Repair Service and Brian was SO helpful. Not only did he send me on my way back home, he called the following day to make sure I made it safely. If I ever break down again, I really hope it's near Jeffrey's Auto Repair Service!
