Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Pricing is very fair and the staff is upfront with their pricing. Their shuttle to and from work in the Mason City area is very helpful, and Jeffrey Auto is flexible with service times to accommodate busy schedules. I'm new to the area and have taken my vehicle here for service for the past 6 months with nothing negative to report. Highly recommend these honest and down-to-earth people!

I called at the last minute and made changes to the work I wanted completed on the vehicle. Brian and his mechanics were very accommodating and completed the work before the time the vehicle was promised. I always feel completely comfortable leaving our vehicles for service because I am confident the work will be completed professionally and correctly. We've been going to Brian (Jeffrey Repair Service) since we moved into the area in 2012. We found him on accident, but have come to realize that we are extremely lucky in that!! Since then, we have had 5 different cars and he (and his staff) have been amazing on the work with each one of them!!

Very professional from the get-go. They discovered a couple of serious issues that were about to become major problems. Also suggested a simple fix for my car heater that saved me hundreds from an estimate at another shop. Great place to do business!!

i still live in the past where what i thought my estimate would be 500.00. instead it was 2000.00.
