Fantastic customer service, they walked me through every step and every charge involved in fixing my car. Not to mention it was a very fast repair! Knowing as little about cars as I do, i’m usually a little worried about being taken advantage of; but i felt 100% comfortable with my choice in auto repair. I will definitely be back!

Had a work vehicle go down that I really needed, so I took it in. They did what they could to get it in the shop, fixed and back to me in just a couple days.

Took our BMW X5 there for maintenance and a repair. The work was completed timely and professionally. It is nice to have a local shop available to work on our BMW rather than be forced take it to Rochester or Des Moines. Will definitely return to Jeffrey for any future work.

Changed service providers for having my Intoxalock calibration completed. Staff was friendly, competent, and timely. I was a little surprised I needed an appointment, but it was reassuring to know I would be expected.
